So I'm looking for a full-time job while I'm currently working a full-time contract. I love the freelance/consultant/contractor lifestyle, yet I miss the relative stability of a regular job.

It's a contradiction or something...I forget the word I'm looking for, exactly. I'm busy at work and I need to stay busy. I've got to pay bills. Yet, looking for a regular job can be a full-time gig in and of itself! So I'm super-busy all the time, it seems.

I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, however, because I'm grateful to have work and be able to pay my bills. Lots of people have it worse off, struggling to make ends meet, try something new, find steady work, or whatever. I'm just reacting to the stress of it all. The result of which is that I find myself less inspired to do creative work just for myself.

My mini-goal is to try to fix this and kick myself into gear again!
